We are so confident you'll be thrilled with the quality of our merchandise that Caterkids offers a 7-day return policy!

Shipped Orders:
In order for an item to be eligible for return, the returned items must be received by Caterkids within 7-days of the order delivery date and in the original form as sold. Items sold as new must have their original tags attached. Items not in the original condition will not be accepted. You will be notified by email if the return request is approved or denied. Pre-paid postage labels will be provided via email, repackaging is the customer's responsibility. All returns are refunded in the form of Caterkids physical gift cards that can be used both in-store and online. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.

Orders Picked Up In-Store:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be received the same condition as sold. Items sold as new must have the original tags attached. Items returned in a different condition other than sold will not be accepted. Returns are refunded as store credit only and in the form of a physical gift card. Sold items not picked up in-store within 7 days are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
